Antati is a science-backed skincare company founded by biomedical engineer Toufic Braidi. Our mission is to simplify skincare through honest advice, evidence-based formulations, and exceptional customer care.

We're opening a new Antati store in Aley and are looking for someone who genuinely loves skincare and enjoys helping people feel more confident in their own skin.

This role is much more than retail. Every customer who walks into our store should leave feeling listened to, educated, and cared for.

What you'll do

• Welcome every customer with professionalism and warmth.

• Listen carefully to each customer's skin concerns before recommending products.

• Conduct in-store skincare consultations.

• Recommend suitable Antati routines based on each customer's needs.

• Explain ingredients and how products work in simple language.

• Build long-term relationships with returning customers.

• Process sales and payments accurately.

• Maintain excellent store presentation and cleanliness.

• Restock products and monitor inventory.

• Assist with in-store events, launches and promotions.

• Answer customer questions in person, by phone and through WhatsApp when needed.

• Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the team.

• Represent Antati's values with honesty, professionalism and kindness.

We're looking for someone who

• Is genuinely passionate about skincare.

• Enjoys speaking with people and building trust.

• Has previous customer-facing experience.

• Has worked in skincare, cosmetics, pharmacy, beauty or luxury retail.

• Has excellent communication skills.

• Is patient and enjoys educating customers.

• Is organized and pays close attention to detail.

• Can confidently work independently.

• Is eager to continuously learn about skin science and cosmetic ingredients.

• Speaks Arabic fluently and has good English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or certification in skincare, aesthetics, beauty therapy, pharmacy, nursing or a related field.

OR

• Previous experience working in skincare retail, beauty stores, pharmacies, cosmetic clinics or aesthetic practices.

Bonus Points

• Experience performing skin consultations.

• Experience selling premium skincare brands.

• Knowledge of cosmetic ingredients.

• Knowledge of skin types and common skin conditions.

• Experience using POS systems.
